FUSION PLUS™ PREMIUM Ceramic Coating Limited Product Warranty

FUSION PLUS PREMIUM XPEL, Inc. (“the Company”) provides a firm guarantee to the product owner that the vehicle’s paint and XPEL paint protection films will be covered under the FUSION PLUS PREMIUM for a duration of eight (8) years from the installation date (referred to as the “Warranty Period”). This warranty safeguards against oxidation, loss of gloss, UV damage, and color fading. Coverage is applicable exclusively to products that are professionally installed as per the Company’s recommended procedures.

Should the product fail due to a manufacturing defect during the Warranty Period, the Company will, at its discretion, either remove or replace the product at no cost, or refund the purchase price. The resolution to replace will involve an authorized installer appointed by the Company, who will undertake the removal and reapplication of the product to areas deemed eligible under this warranty. The Company will be responsible for parts while the authorized installer will provide the labor for installation. Either a refund or a replacement of the product constitutes the sole remedies available under this Limited Warranty. Any repair or replacement will not extend the original Warranty Period nor initiate a new warranty period. The maximum liability of the Company under this warranty will not exceed the lesser of the cost of the coating application or $1,000.

To claim under this warranty, the owner must present the warranty card, a copy of the original receipt identifying the coverage areas, and a detailed description of the defect. Claims must be submitted in writing to the authorized installer who initially installed the product, including the claimant’s name, contact information, and a description of the issue.

This Limited Warranty can be transferred if the new owner submits proof of the product’s original installation date, thereby continuing the warranty for the remainder of the original period.

Failure to follow these guidelines voids this warranty. The Company’s liability for claims related to the products shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question. The Company will not be responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.

Maintaining this warranty requires annual inspections by an XPEL certified Fusion Installer. These inspections must occur within 30 days of each anniversary of the product’s installation.
